Endowment
The Cheyenne River Youth Project® is currently in the process of developing an Endowment Fund in the hopes that we can generate enough support to have regular financial stability for programs and services that currently operate under grant programs. Grants and Award programs are very effective ways to fundraise for an organization like the Cheyenne River Youth Project®. Each year, CRYP submits several applications to responsible foundations doing wonderful work for their grantees. However, most grants are limited to a maximum of 3 years, making it challenging for organizations to plan for the future of a program. CRYP tries to ensure that any program we begin under a grant program has the potential to be self-sustaining at some point. The Endowment Fund is a part of this planning process and as we have more details, we will be sharing them with our friends and supporters.
